Creating sattvic food is also to be done!



Today's women will have to learn the art of cooking because I have found that most women who eat food this day do not get the same fulfillment as eating the perfect food.
Today's education - While 
cooking food, there should not be sorrow in both lentils and vegetables. Many times women also put tomatoes in the dal and consequently the taste of both of them becomes the same. Due to the taste of lentils and vegetables, it is necessary to have different taste in the food. The same kind of sour food is Tamoguni, so the proof of tomato should be that the nutrient in tomatoes came in the vegetable or pulse but the cooked food is not sour. -Thuna Thakur (8.6.2014)
